I'm thinking about buying some front and rear lower tie bars for my car. However, there are more rear tie bars available than the fronts. Is the front necessary? Will I notice any difference?

I want to get skunk2 tie bars, but they only make a rear. Other brands I'm considereing are Spoon, Cusco, and Neuspeed; which make both front and rear. Are there brands that are better than others? If so, which? Any comments would be appreciated.
