Alright, a couple things. Struts are the least of your suspension worries with this swap. If nothing else, you'll need custom made axles, probably a custom firewall and possible custom lower strut forks and front hubs (not sure how your going to get your axles to fit). Weight will be a huge issue considering your basically doubling the displacement up front (1.6 to I think 3.2). A simple spring and shock upgrade will not cure the problems.

Heat would be simple, just run the lines back to your heater core. A/C might be possible with custom endjoints and hardlines. As for electrical, take the stock CL ECU and throw it in the garbage. Your going to need a standalone engine managment to get the thing to run. The fact that your car is a '95 and OBD I (so it's missing all the OBD II sensors) and missing all the additional sensors the ECU will probably throw a hissy fit without (not to mention any modern Acura will most likely have an imobilizer on it if '97+ Preludes and '00+ Integras do).

I'm telling you right now, if you can find a way to squeeze that thing between the frame rails and under the hood without dragging the oil pan on the ground, it would be a miracle. Getting it to run and drive safely down the road would take more than an act of God, I think anyway. If you convinced to try it, good luck man.
