im guilty of that as well...i tried bending some pipe and fixing it to the end and getting cold air but i think because the pipe wasnt mandrel bent that it restricted airflow and i actually got less power
so i took it off and just went with the pipe and filter
OHH BTW pepboys should have the filter and pipe and all neccessary hardware for 50...it shouldnt be 50 for only pipe...
:fawk: It might be ghetto, but I saved $180 or whatever butt-rapage they charge for a CAI these days... and you're still running a short ram intake that gives you
at the most 1 hp to the wheels.
And trust me, if I made you one just like mine you wouldn't be calling it ghetto... but it's all good
