Chicago????? Everything I've ever read said that plane was going to DC?

Anyway, as much as that is a tough day for me (I lost over ten friends/family of friends that day), I hope it never becomes a holiday. Not because I think its wrong to celebrate the day terrorists attacked us....I just think its pathetic the way meaningful holidays are treated in this country. What do we do on Memorial Day? No, we don't take the day to remember all of the thousands of brave men who have given the ultimate sacrifice for us and our country.....no....we spend the day either shopping or at the beach. What about Veteran's Day? Again...we go shopping. Holidays in our society are just an excuse for corprate America to have a sale. It sickens me. Because of that, I hope 09/11 never becomes a holiday. I don't want it to become commercialized like we make everything else. I don't want it to lose all of its meaning. The meaning of that day must be something that we never forget.
