i really don't think they can shave more weight from the car as it is pretty light for an awd turbo'd car with a sophisticated suspension for ~$30k

probably the only way to shave more weight besides a total gutting of more components would be to use lighter yet more expensive materials like carbon fiber or aluminum which would raise the cost of making the car
