fRIEND HAS A '99 cIVIC. His check engine light came on and we replaced the gas cap that was missing. The light is still on. Some members helped us and said we needed to reset ECU by diconnectiong the battery. Is there a way to do this without needing the radio code? He bought the car used and does not have all the info he should have gotten (like the radio code)
