Default Please Help...Subwoofer Box Calculation!!!

Hi, all
I was wondering if you can help me out with my sub. box calculation....

My goal was to customize a sub. box for one 12" sub. using fiberglass but im not quite sure with the measurement for the box.
The info. i got are:

The manual recommended closed box volume: 56.5-113 l (i think that is in Liter?)
Recommended Frequency Range: 20-800 Hz
Overall Dimension: 300.5 mm x 102 mm
Power rating: 200 W continous

I know the recommended closed box volume would be the answer to my problem, but im confused w/ how big should the custom box be in my situation....
I have one 5 channel amplifer: its going to be bridged to power one 2-way component leaving 180W power left to power my sub.

Should i make the sub box volume small ( less than or around 56.5 l) due to the lack of power, 180W???

Thank you for your time, any advice would help...my design
