Seriously though, I don't see the cost of the K coming down for quite some time.... the demand is too high and the supply is too low... there's just not that many of them in salvage yards... basic economics at work here.

Yes I know the K swap is damn expensive right now but the demand is still high because there are plenty of people willing to shell out the bucks for a $6k swap. If an RSX gets totaled the vultures will strip that baby before the previous owner can shed some tears.

It's iffy whether the cost of the B will go up or down... but I definitely don't see it going down a whole lot in the next couple of years... and in the future I think they will hold their value and may go up? Think of the old american muscle car seens of yester year... a big block motor from an old Chevy is still holding it's value to muscle car tuners despite the newer technologies that have come out after them.
