I agree the next wave in innovation is with the K-Series, however it will still be unaffordable for most. Do you know the going rate for a K20A3 right now? It's around $5K tack on all the usually added expenses of doing a swap and you are looking of upwards of $6K. There aren't too many K-Series around in salvage yards yet, in a year, it's not going to be much better. Maybe in 5 years they will become affordable, but between now and 5 years, the cost of B-Series motors will rise. In the last year, I have seen B18B changeovers increase from $1200 to $2200. We are just simply running out of B-Series motors.
