Like said above it is possible, but not an easy or cheap task. If he will wait about a year there will be complete swap kits/instructions to complete a K series swap. It will become mainstream, and B-Series engines will be going for half what they are now.
Unlikely, the supply is RAPIDLY diminishing however the demand is still increasing.
