Default Engine rebuild...

My 95 GSR has about 160K miles on it and it's time to be rebuilt. I want to use all Honda parts except for maybe some bolt on's or something. What do you guys suggest? I've heard that if i use an ITR exhaust cam with a CTR intake cam I will get a bit of extra power. Any truth to this? Also, I'd like to increase compression. What are the highest compression pistons Honda made for this engine? Anything else I should replace while I'm in there? I'm going to replace: cams, pistons and rings, t-belt, w-pump and gaskets... Oil pump? which gaskets do I need to collect? Thinking about getting cam gears (which one's) and pulleys (unorthadox good?) Thanks for any help guys...
