Well....
Part of it is the angle of the shot. It's actually rather low. About knee height.
Part of it is the fact I had just replaced both bulbs, and washed/waxed prior to shooting that pic.
And the rest is a bit of subtle color level tweaking in GraphicConverter.
A bit more red and blue contrast does amazing things..
