It sounds like someone was running a turbo or an oil cooler, most likely an oil cooler if it has the stock exhaust manifold on the front. The other line is probably a T off of your oil pressure sending unit to feed the cooler, and the plug line is the return.

That's kinda weird though, an oil cooler is completely unnessicary on a B16A.
