NSX had it in '90. Prelude and Integra GS-R didn't get it until '92.
The Prelude Si didn't get VTEC until 93, and was the third Honda production car to get it. The first was the NSX followed by the 93 Civic Si, which debuted early 93 while the Prelude came out around November of 93. The Integra GS-R was released with a VTEC B18 in 94 with the redesign.
