Default broken bolt

Hi.

I have a 98 Civic hatch with a JDM B18C.

On the front transmission motor mount that connects to the frame, I broke one of the nuts that is welded to the inner part of the frame.

So one of the bolts is attached properly and the other spins.

I want to remove this mount so that I can add polyurathane inserts. However, I'm not sure how to do this.

I think I have enough room to saw the bolt off, but then I'll have the nut loose in the chassis and no way to reattach the mount.

Is there some sort of heavy duty toggle bolt?

Would it be bad to cut a hole in the frame, Or do I have to weld?

Please give me your input or experiences.

Thanks.
Adam
