are you sure about those spring rates?
when i was considering a prelude i was going to get either GC or Skunks. all the guys with skunks on po.com said they road very harshly and were more suited for the track. there was a discussion on spring rates and the skunks are higher, whereas the regular GCs are lower. now with GC you can specify custom spring rates if you want a higher rate.
anyways eibach makes GC springs and GC seems to be a better unit, so i would go GC. also i would consider Tein basics or SS coilovers too.
