I am seriously debating over getting a JDM H22 engine and tranny to swap out my automatic F22b2 and i have found an engine for about $2300 down in Hayward. But the thing is i was quoted for an install with tranny swap for $$$4000. WHAAAAAAAA! So I am thinking about trying to DIY. Do you guys think it will be too hard? Im not on a time budget so i can take as long as i want, and if i do end up doing so i will need a lot of help from this forum. Have any of you guys ever done this job before? Transmission swap?
