I am getting my air condition filter replaced on my 99 accord ex (4cyl). I have been calling around to see how much it would cost and I keep getting different answers. Can anyone tell me how much it usually cost to replace the 2 air condition filter (parts & labor) and how much time it takes to replace it.

Also, if this is a simple job, I think i would want to replace it on my own. Please let me know if this will take a lot of effort. Thanks

And btw, one mechanic told me that i didnt have to replace my brake fluid even though i have 65,000 miles without ever flushing it. He just said to make sure the level are topped off. Is this true?
