Partial Birth Abortions should be illegal, no doubt.

Abortions which are completed within the first 2 months of pregnancy, should be *legal*, simply because the baby has yet to form a brain stem and working organs at that point; which to me, means it's not a "human" yet.

After 2 months, all those things exist and therefor must be treated as a human with rights.

If you are 3 months pregnant, sorry life sucks - give it up for adoption. Your bad choice to have unprotected sex and not pay attention to your late menstral cycle should not kill a developed human being.
