Amen. The issue of abortion was decided in Roe v. Wade, period. A woman's right to choose is none of the state's business IMO.

In regards to your last comments I totally agree with you that there are other contraceptives that can be used for birth control. It seems to me that abortion is an easy way out for the mother. Although I am hesitent to say that since there are women that are raped. 
But if you have sex then you are old enough to face the consequences of your actions. Plus there are many family's out there who can't have children and would be wonderful Dad and Mom's to these kids. Anyway's enough of me rambling.
i think that abortion should only used as a last result, but there's no way to make a law for that. but because we have morons running our country, teenagers aren't getting good sex education (which means understanding birth control, having the ability to use it, and how to avoid pregnancy). i think if the sex education was better, abortion rates would go down. i remember a girl in high school who had an abortion several times because she was too lazy to use protection, which irritated the hell out of me. but abortion is needed in many cases, and to ban it would be one very large problem.
