Just because Viper and Clifford are manufactured by the same company now in no way means they are of same quality. The clifford alarms all clown viper, hands down. Clifford has options Viper alarm owners could only dream of. While DEI owns Clifford, they are still built and have their own standards and protocol separate from DEI's Viper line of alarms. Same company owns them but Clifford is the Nike of the company while Viper is like the prowings.
