Ok... I got all of my struts and springs in and am stumped. My passenger front strut makes a clunking sound when I go over bumps.... it sounds about identical to a bad strut that makes that clunking sound. I've taken the wheel off like three times to check everything out and have completely removed the strut/spring twice and put it all back together.... any suggestions?!?!?!

Also everything was tightened under load properly by placing a jack under the knuckle and jacking it up to compress the strut/spring and place it under load then tightened according to the Honda service manual but somethings not right?!?!?
