I have a 1996 civic and have a few questions I wonder if anyone else has encountered:

1. During the winter months, when I am making a turn and use my turn signal, they dont automatically turn off after I complete my turn?

2. Occasionally, while sitting in stand-still traffic, my car will start to overheat. If I am moving the slightest bit its fine but if I'm in traffic or stop the car and let it sit for more than a couple minutes the H20 temp starts to rise. Does this indicate a thermostat sticking? Or a fan gone bad (the fans dont kick on)?

Any suggestions?
