well it vibrated a little bit before the belt change, so i am going to say it is from the mounts. the vibration kinda comes and goes. it is usually worse in the winter months.

yes, I have. I have a 1996 Civic and when I lived in Utah, sure enough, every winter when it would start to get cold, the turn signals wouldn't cancel anymore. Then we would take a trip home to San Diego in the dead of winter and they would start working after about 1 day in Socal. Then, we would go back to the cold, and they would stop working again. It was like clockwork every winter for about 3 years. Now that I live in San Diego all the time, I haven't had it come up. You got me what it could be. I have never taken off the steering wheel to see whats up though.

I guess the turn signals is just something to live with.

I'll have to check the overheating, kinda worries me.
