i use pennzoil or mobil oil, just the cheap 10w30 types no synthetic, and always use MTL or just regular 10w30 in the tranny, i USED to use redline mtl until i blew my tranny twice and thats when i found out that redline is thicker than regular 10w30 which when u rev the piss outta ur engine like i do it actually puts more stress on the tranny, so id suggest not using it and just use honda mtl or regular motor oil (which i do). most hondas do come with 5w30 motor oil because it is thinner and gives u better gas mileage and causes less stress on the engine, but at the same time once ur engine gets a little older id suggest switching to 10w30 after about 5 years, for ppl with old cars like my 15 year old crx id suggest the 10w30 for sure...
