i just want to hear from all the racers out there, which is the best way to shift?

i know that powershifting isnt good and it doesnt give that much of a time advantage.

sometimes when i shift hard and fast into 2nd, the whole front end of my car jumps and doesnt chirp. im not too sure if thats good

but sometimes when i redline and shift a little slower and smoother my tires just chirp.
