Well I had the shop fix the belt anyway and they said it was fine and I could pick it up. Well I went to pick it up and the car ran like shit, bad idle and horrible top end power. We all know that the top end power is everything in these cars. So I pop the hood and find that there is a horrible noise coming from the distributor, so I call acura this time for some assistance. The first thing that they say is that it sounds like a timing problem or bent valves, so they are taking a look at it tomorrow for me. What gets me is that the shop that fixed the belt said they would know if the valves were bent but didn't say anything about a problem when they told me to pick it up, so I assume that they are o.k. I guess I will just have to wait till tomorrow but said like new cams and valves are coming my way. What do you guys suggest for new cams and valves??
