Pepper sauce with alfredo would not be a good idea guys. Spicey sauces work better when they're light, not goopy.
Boil seafood (crabs, shrimp, etc) in water, beer, seaweed and Old Bay seasoning. You only want to use one bottle of beer per gallon of water.
I dunno if you can get Old Bay out in Cali but it's freakin great.
At crab houses on the Cheseapeake you basically order an all-you-can-eat and they bring you a bigass tray covered in crabs, shrimp, fries, hush puppies, corn on the cob and fried chicken. Run out of something and you ask for more. With a pitcher of beer it's DIVINE.
Sorry for the sidetrack there. But yeah boil yer shrimp Bay-style and it's insane. Dip em in some garlic butter and ohhhhhh. :drool:
