I'd personally get an Asus A7V8X-X and an AMD Athlon XP 2200+ processor. Lot more reliable, a tad bit more expensive but its atleast not a Celeron.

All those PC numbers are bus speed. Get 2100 as any higher speed doesn't do much unless you are into extreme gaming or 3d stuff. But if you can find them for a decent price go for it.
