WRONG. PPC processors are not fragile at all. The stuff flaking off is the dried up gel Apple puts between the processor and the heatsink to prevent friction. Scratch it all off if you want, it won't hurt anything.

Yes, and you can. Don't nitpick with specific titles, just go to CompUSA and look at the gaming wall.

And about the delay for releasing cards, Macs use the same cards as PCs now, so buy it as soon as it hits the market. Then it's up to the manufacturer to put out a driver (if even needed) on time.
