what exactly did you kill on the h22a block?

i would recommend h22 over h23 for boost if you get the block sleeved, and it sounds like you are in the market to be buildin a block so...

h22a head should be fine except for the cams, you will want to get stage 2 turbo vtec cams to run that kind of boost.
these cams will shave off the duration in VTEC mode and of course you will need a VAFC to tune the engines fuel and VTEC system correctly

block-wise you will want pistons, rods and sleeves.
might as well replace you bearings with KING's at this point too
and get your h22a crank polished.

everything else should be fine, except the clutch, u will want a SPRUNG unit with good holding capacity, i would not recommend getting an unsprung clutch, i call those tranny eaters.
