Ok, I finally have the ducks to ditch my stock suspension...

I was set on getting a set of springs from Progress Auto because they make a springrate specific to the H-series in my 5G Civic.

A buddy of mine keeps trying to talk me into getting some Neuspeeds with the spring rate for an integra instead. He gets a discount on the Neuspeeds plus that is what he has for his LS/Vtec....

I want educated comparisons/opinions of the two springs for the H-series in the 5G Coupe so any posts would be appreciated :thumbup: or :down: ...let me here your thoughts
