:werd: buring fat requires aerobic respiration. that's why you do aerobic/cardio to burn the fat. first do weights to burn glycogen, then cardio to burn fat. not strenuous cardio either. that will just make you go into anaerobic respiration and produce more lactic acid. slow down the intensity and the oxygen will help relieve the lactic acid and "pain"/cramping due hypoxia. remember that muscle cells burn more calories than fat cells, and that fat cells only grow bigger and divide. they do NOT decrease in numbers when you diet. they just shrink in size.
