Default Headlight wiring socket

Several years ago I purchased some hyperwhite headlight bulbs for my 95 ex coupe. A few weeks ago I noticed that one of the headlights was out, but if I opened my hood and moved the bulb around a little bit it would turn back on. The same thing then started to happen every once in awhile with the other headlight. Now the driver's side headlight is currently working ok, but the passenger side is not working at all. I bought some replacement bulbs, but when I went to install them I discovered that the wiring harness/socket assembly that plugs into the bulb was pretty melted and that the new bulbs wouldn't work either. Is this an easy problem to fix? Does anyone know the part number I would need to buy? Any advice on where to look besides junkyards? I was told by a friend that this a fairly common for cars that install aftermarket hyperwhite bulbs. Thanks in advance for any help.
