How hard is it to remove a windshield from one car and place it in another. Is this a difficult undertaking? Are there special tools required? Does anyone know the step by step procedure?

I ask because i have the opportunity to buy a car just like mine...mine has a cracked shield...if the car ( I haven't seen it yet) has a good windshield...I was thinking of swapping. The car I want to buy is $400...the new windshield is just under $300...so if I can swap the car almost pays for itself...I only have the money right now for one or the other.
