not easy and not worth it...if you already have a good h22a head and a good h23 block, but not complete motors, then go for it...but it won't make more hp than a stock h22a, and probably less.....but there are issues with the h23 block...it's not equipped with oil squirters, which helps longevity on the h22a when it's revved past 7Krpm or whatever......not sure how much abuse the h23 block can take when revved to where the h22a head needs to be......a real h22a would be better
