oh yeah, i lowered the compression because you can up the boost more reliable with lower compression, if i didn't put to thicker headgasket, i would have to keep boost below 8psi
yeah, but i'd rather go with higher compression/lower boost for street setups...i've had 8:1 CR with 20psi and i've had 9.5:1 with 15 psi and the 9.5:1 CR/15psi was a better street setup.....not that it was faster, because that was a 13 second car, whereas the other setup netted me high 12's.....but more streetable....taking off in rain when you have no low end power than all of a sudden, BOOST, is annyoing....i'm about to try out a 10.6cr/low boost setting on my stock internal h22a....was gonna wait, but nah....might as well play now.....but aquamist is the company that designed my injection kit for the 2.3 turbo ford...nice setup
