this happenend to me in a mazda truck when I was learning to drive stick, I though i did something wrong but it runed out that there was a pinhold leak in one of the hoses that let air into the system, so it acts like breaks with air in the system the pedal does not really do anything. I would check for leaks and have it bled.
Never have seen any leaks, but when i took it in, they bled it and it worked again, they thought the leak was from one of the cylenders so they replaced those...maybe it was the hoses, but wouldnt i be seeing a leak, and be needing to top of my clutch fluid all the time, because there are no leaks that i can see, and i have never had to add fluid to the resivor
