water injection is GOOD, but misting an intercooler is a waste IMO....just something else to break.....i've seen DIY water injection setups that were placed before the turbo...that was funny...even the most atomized water droplets hitting the turbine cause a ton of damage....but about the thicker head gasket....it will effectively lower the compression and help prevent detonation (also taking away power, especially under 4500rpm), and will also make it more likely to blow somewhere....why did you go with a thicker one boostlee?

and no offense, but a boosted h22a will outdo a boosted h23 any day, and revving past 7K wouldn't be much of an option anyway due to the fact that the block doesn't have oil squirters like the h22a does, and it normally hurts it big time when you try to rev it that high....the h22a DOES have bottom end torque you know....it makes 5 peak ft/lb more than the h23 and since the smaller lobes are for better gas mileage, i think the h23 has a couple more ft/lb around 2-3500rpm....but i'm getting 26mpg city in my h22a accord.....and i drive it at 10/10 most of the time.....it's never babied except for when it's not at operating temperature...the rest of the time, it's dogged
