Here's the problem...5th gen akkord

Radiator hose blew in the evening...fine...gotta replace it tomorrow...and flush out the coolant system probably while I'm at it...but this problem occured tonight after i brought my car home...

the real problem is this...I turn off my car...key is pulled out of the ignition...turbo timer off...parking lights off...even turn the dome light to off...BUT my A/F Guage LED is on and my LED for the AC area on...not the backlits, but the LED above where you can adjust where the air blows out from...NOTE: only the one that is depressed is on (backlits come on /w the parking lights)...I can even turn on my FAN if i switch it from 1-4...and this is all with my car totally turned off...there is no accessory power (radio doesn't work)...

when the hose blew and the fluids got everywhere is the only thing that I can think of that happened today...havent touched my car anywhere else and this has NEVER happened before until tonight...

if there was a ground out or a short..there would be no power.....im totally lost right now..and its 3am..i juss pulled the positive off the battery even tho the LEDs dun drain much of battery....
