And you've actually proved my point. The judges are supposed to judge the entire fight; as a fighter is supposed to fight the entire fight. Those three judges; who have impecable resumes with not a blemish on them; saw a close fight and because Sugar Shane Mosely was the stronger of the two fighters in the end in a close contest got the descison. Forget the punch stats. Thats fools gold. That is someone sitting at ring side with a counter recording evertime someone gets hit. The judges don't use that. They watch the fight. If a round can go either way they try and ascertain if one fighter got the better of the other, if so one wins the round, if not its called even. De LA Hoya had outstanding combos he put his punches together at times very well. But Sugar was right there with him and he hurt DLH in the late rounds. I thought it could have a been a draw it could have gone to DLH and it could have gone to Sugar. My point is DLH was not robbed and he should not be acting punk about it.
Good point.
The truth is DHL won at least 8 or 9 rounds, and him being the champ, he should've been given the least amount of respect and got a draw.
True, Mosley landed harder shots.
But DLH outBOXED him.
We were all watching a boxing match, and DLH provided.
Do you honestly think Mosley thought he won the fight?? When Larry was interviewing him at the end?
