Well I've never boxed, but boxing is boxing, and if you out box your opponent, then you're doing your job to the fullest extent. In any sport, it doesnt matter how many times you make your opponent look bad, the only thing that matters are the numbers.

So your theory about quality, doesnt stand up too well.
And if you saw Foreman/ Ali,.... then you'd know that Ali was hurt. Foreman just got tired of beating up on him and punched himself out.
The only analogies that are on point are the Vince Carter and Mark McGuire one's.
In boxing, quality > quantity
One needs to only look as far as the De La Hoya/Trinidad fight to see that.
