That would work in an apartment complex or something. No cop is going to give someone without a parking pass a ticket at an apartment complex. But I had my car tried to be towed 2 times and my Dad and I cussed out the tow truck driver cuz we did live at the complex and he let us go after like 20 minutes of us harassing him.

But if this is like parking in a handicapped spot at the bank or something, the cops might ticket you.
