Default Englishtown - my sol

Wed. night...

Ran a 15.6@86 mph on a honda del sol si 95 (SOHC). The bad part is that my fuel line to the NMU flew off the barb it was sitting on, i dunno how but i tugged on it b4 and it was pretty damn snug, couldn't move it at all.

Few down the track very smooth from 1-4th, 1st was fine, flew through it like a breeze, the tires grabbed like mofo. everything was great until i just passed the traps, i was like wtf, the powersteering went n i was flying had to be over 100 mph b/c i went to the last turn off at the end of the track....i was like crap then i appreciated power steering...hehe then the power went as i made the turn off. Save my ass a $150 for towing it back, drove home on 3 cylinders. =)

Well had a melted spark plug, n did a compression test today, figure out that there was no compression coming from cylinder 2, so must take apart the head n check the 4 valves around cylinder 2. Might just take it to the shop but i got no idea how much it's gonna cost but the labor seems a lot, any of you guys know what i might run? Otherwise i'll just do it myself, don't really have the time to work on the car.

Oh yeah that 12.7 that ran next to me was a Lightning, those are damn fast! He redlighted too blah.
