That sounds scary, grinding calipers...

Well, if you have an aftermarket big brake kit, I guess spacers would be an option... not too thick though...
Not too scary. I had to grind my calipers a bit to get my aftermarket lines to fit... theres plenty of extra material to work with, and its a slow process, so you wont slip and screw up. As for spacers, thats a pretty good idea. Assuming the clearance problem is actually with the offset and not th diameter... I'm not sure tho.
