You really should get new rods. Pistons are good to replace, but if you plan on using nitrous oxide don't go for any high compression pistons.

Yes, if you consider it a problem. Both the B18A/B and the B20B/Z use the same basic block and the same crank and rod combo. Both have a 1.54:1 rod/stroke.
