My 7gen 4mt5 sedan has judder & I know two friends who have it too. My service advisor refuses to resurface the rotors because Honda admits to the problem but doesn't have a fix. I have copy of a letter from Honda Technical Services that says this. One friend insisted on resurfacing and it stopped the judder, but my advisor says that resurface is temporary fix and the judder will return. Says 3-400 have come back after resurface in his shop.

My guess is bad pad material leaving uneaven deposits on the rotor surface.
