i am going to start a new thread about it, but i figured i would answert this guys question here.

The ice box rocks! you may not have as much fun with it without a v-tec motor in your car, but you will still feel the gains. After i put the thing on i could FEEL myself sinking in the seat more than i used to( at WOT)... and the sound! IT is not much louder than stock, but when you step on it the thing sounds pretty tough.....thats what i meant about you not having as much fun though, without those secondaries to open up you wont hear that badass howl in the upper rpms.

as far as actual gains, i have heard 7-10 hp, but i am sure that comptech used a completely modded car for dynoing their product ..... its only smart business

oh yeah it only costs about $168 i think, and there is no need to buy that 150 dollar short ram intake, it is needless. hell you dont even have to buy an expensive filter, i am still using stock filter and it works great! but i will probably upgrade next time i replae it.
