I'm ~250 right now, I was ~210 when I graduated high school ~1 year ago. Some of that weight is because I've grown 2 inches since then, but a lot of it is pudge. I'd like to be back to ~200, but I've got a linebacker build so that may be hard.
you sound like me. I am a little lighter than that and have a ton of muscle but I do have a midsection that I have to get rid of. Too much drinking in college
