I used to lower my pressure to about 15 psi on stock steelies. It worked well for me. Even now with drag radials, I can't get better than 2.1 60fts and i run a 8.52 1/8 at 88-92 mph. Go figure.
sweet 1/8 mile times. that's got to be good for a low 13, high 12 second 1/4.
